Educate prospective students about academic programs and admissions requirements; escalate complex inquiries to Admissions leadership.
Represent the institution at recruitment events and regional programs to generate applicant interest.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and recruitment outcomes in CRM and admissions systems.
Deliver exceptional customer service and build welcoming admissions experiences.
Provide feedback to enrollment marketing and admissions leadership to improve lifecycle messaging.
