Job summary

Mass General Brigham seeks an enthusiastic admissions coordinator to guide prospective students through the application process from inquiry to enrollment. You will work with faculty and admissions teams to answer questions, provide counseling, and support yield through strategic outreach and events.

You will coordinate with CRM systems and student information platforms, analyze enrollment data, and travel regularly to recruitment events to build relationships and achieve program-wide goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; higher education administration preferred.
• 3-5 years experience in student admissions or academic administration.
• Regular travel to recruitment events and partner locations is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage admissions-related advising through email, meetings and by phone through enrollment.
• Cultivate relationships with prospective students through counseling and customer service.
• Establish linkages between inquiries and applicants to academic departments, admissions staff, and other IHP departments when appropriate.
• Problem-solve student-specific issues related to the application process, focusing on accepted student questions and yield.
• Organize outreach events, campus tours, and information sessions (virtual and in person) to support the enrollment funnel.
• Responsible for direct student recruitment and yield activities to support enrollment goals and growth within a centralized admissions model.
• Meets or exceeds KPIs and productivity metrics as determined by admissions leadership and SLAs.
• Staff programmatic events/webinars or grouped programmatic public speaking and student recruitment events.
• Maintain accurate applicant records within admissions and CRM systems, monitor recruitment metrics, and contribute to enrollment reporting.
