Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and three years of administrative management or relevant experience.
• Experience in an academic or research organization preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent budgeting and time-management abilities.

Responsabilités

• Oversee onboarding and training for program staff, ensuring proper orientation to operations.
• Develop, monitor, and manage program budgets and funding allocations.
• Create, implement, and maintain program policies and procedures.
• Serve as a key liaison across departments, institutions, and external partners.
