Job summary

State Employees' Credit Union is seeking an entry-level ACH Processing Analyst to learn and perform processing of ACH transactions. You will engage with branches, Member Services Support, and other departments to balance the ACH system and related GL accounts, with hybrid work flexibility.

The role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and customer-focused communication as you gain proficiency in ACH processing software and research across internal and external requests.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED is required.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Attention to detail and accuracy is imperative.
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to cooperate and collaborate with coworkers and leadership in both on-site and remote work settings.
• Willingness to engage in ongoing training and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming files from Federal Reserve Bank and internal departments.
• Prepare tickets and manual returns of ACH debits/credits per requests.
• Process and respond to Member Access messages regarding ACH disputes.
• Assist branches and outside agencies with ACH research.
