Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process incoming files from Federal Reserve Bank and internal departments (30%).
• Prepare tickets and manual ACH debit/credit returns per requests (30%).
• Respond to Member Access messages regarding ACH disputes (20%).
• Assist branches and outside agencies with ACH research (20%).
