Job summary

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Basic computer skills demonstrated.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming files from Federal Reserve Bank and internal departments.
• Prepare tickets and manual returns of ACH debits/credits on requests.
• Process and respond to Member Access messages regarding ACH disputes.
• Assist branches and outside agencies with ACH research.
