American College of Emergency Physicians (ACEP) in Irving, TX seeks a Manager of Accreditation Operations to oversee the accreditation lifecycle across ACEP’s programs. The role will supervise two Accreditation Program Specialists and ensure consistent, high-quality processes.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least five years in project management or program operations, with experience in workflow systems, data integrity, and supervisory roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; field = operations, project management, information systems, public health or related.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management or program operations.
• Experience with workflow or database systems, including configuration and data integrity.
• Supervisory experience.
• Proficiency with web content management systems, Microsoft products, and databases.
• Willingness to travel ~1–2 times per year for 2–4 days.
• Other qualifications include prior accreditation program experience, system implementation/migration, and PMP or Quality Improvement certifications.

Responsibilities

• Maintain consistent processes across accreditation programs.
• Lead ongoing quality improvement and workflow enhancements.
• Serve as administrator of the accreditation application platform.
• Collaborate with Finance on application fees.
• Support collaborating organizations to ensure success and improvement of ACEP programs.
• Oversee key workflows: application reviews, site visits, and accreditation decisions.
