Job summary

AmerisourceBergen is seeking a Managing Consultant for Accreditation Services to lead multiple engagement work streams within the APS Accreditation Services Team. The role involves planning, delivering, and supervising client engagements, ensuring quality and timely deliverables, and supporting market-facing activities across health systems and government services.

Active Pharmacist degree is preferred with 3–5 years of hospital/health system accreditation experience.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist degree required.
• Minimum 3–5 years hospital/health system accreditation experience.
• Experience or certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or Project Management desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Scopes, plans, and manages one or more engagement work streams, ensuring quality and delivery requirements are met.
• Leads client meetings, project plan timelines, and sponsor updates.
• Documents, escalates, and resolves engagement issues and risks.
• Develops and presents deliverables and workstreams to clients.
• Travels to trade shows and conventions as needed for solution marketing; occasional onsite travel for meetings.
