Jack Henry & Associates, Inc. is seeking an Accounting Customer & Product Support Specialist III to join the Finance/Accounts Receivable team. You will handle billing, invoicing, and account reconciliation inquiries, review unpaid invoices, and investigate discrepancies to deliver timely responses.

Proficiency in PeopleSoft FSCM and Excel is essential for handling large data sets across systems. The role is hybrid, requiring office presence once a week for meetings, with location options in

Formación

• 4+ years of experience within a financial institution.
• Experience in Accounting and/or Finance.
• Experience in a customer-facing position.
• Intermediate Excel skills: pivot tables, formatting, filtering, formulas.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to meet aggressive deadlines and manage multiple projects.
• Ability to support AR phone queue 1 day a week (8-5 CST).
• Core hours: 9am-3pm CST.
• Travel up to 10% for meetings or trainings.

Responsabilidades

• Develops, implements, and maintains collections management systems, procedures, and policies.
• Builds relationships with accounting customer staff and management to ensure long-term client viability.
• Communicates with each customer to ensure clarity and alignment.
• Answer calls and research questions related to accounts receivable.
• Resolves past due balances and disputed balances with customers.
• Make adjustments to customers' AR records as needed.
• Track issues and assist with billing issue resolutions.
• Investigate delinquent accounts, including escalated ones.
• May arrange terms of payment for delinquent accounts.
• Assist less experienced peers and perform other duties as assigned.
