Linedata is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable & Travel & Entertainment (T&E) Consultant for a 12-month engagement with an established global investment management firm. Qualifications

• Experience in accounts payable, expense administration, or related finance operations.
• Strong reconciliation skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience managing shared finance inboxes and responding to internal and external inquiries.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize competing responsibilities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-service mindset.
• Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and handle confidential financial information.

Responsabilités

• Review, code, and process vendor invoices, ensuring appropriate documentation, approvals, and expense allocations.
• Administer employee travel and expense submissions, ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures.
• Manage shared accounts payable and T&E inboxes, responding to inquiries, resolving discrepancies, and following up on outstanding requests.
• Provide timely, professional support to internal stakeholders and external vendors regarding invoices, expenses, and payment inquiries.
• Perform corporate credit card and accounts payable reconciliations, investigating and resolving discrepancies.
• Support payment preparation, month-end close activities, and internal and external audit requests.
• Identify and escalating exceptions involving invoice processing, expense allocations, and applicable tax treatment.
• Maintain accurate records and supporting financial documentation.
• Assist in documenting and improving standard operating procedures to enhance efficiency and strengthen financial controls.
