Responsibilities

• Review, code, and process supplier invoices with appropriate approvals.
• Manage AP and T&E email inboxes, triaging requests and following up on missing information.
• Provide professional service to colleagues and suppliers for AP and T&E inquiries.
• Review expense submissions for completeness and policy compliance.
• Understand VAT treatment and support Finance with related information.
• Reconcile corporate credit card activity and AP balances, investigating discrepancies.
• Support payments, month-end close, and audit requests.
• Help document and improve AP and T&E SOPs.
