Houston Eye Associates is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to manage invoice processing, vendor inquiries, and policy compliance in a fast-paced office. The role emphasizes accuracy, timeliness, and the ability to handle high-volume transactions using ERP systems.

Ideal candidates will have at least two years of AP experience, familiarity with Sage Intacct and BILL, and strong organizational skills. Hybrid schedule applies after 90 days; must be Houston-based.

Qualificações

• Two years of accounts payable experience.
• Experience with Sage Intacct or ERP systems.
• Experience with BILL preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Date stamp all incoming invoices via mail or AP inbox.
• Enter invoice data for multiple entities/locations into the BILL system.
• Verify invoices are matched with PO and receiving documentation.
• Obtain appropriate department approvals for non-PO invoices.
• Use AP aging report to determine weekly payment processing.
• Reconcile vendor statements for unpaid invoices.
• Coordinate year-end IRS 1099 processing.
