Ledgent Finance & Accounting is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Lead for a growing healthcare organization in Phoenix, AZ. This role requires a strong background in accounts payable, particularly with Sage Intacct, and a drive to improve processes in a multi-entity environment.

• 4+ years of experience in accounts payable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the accounts payable process using Sage Intacct, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Perform 3-way matching, researching and resolving discrepancies as needed.
• Drive process improvements to enhance the efficiency of the accounts payable function.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all accounts payable transactions.
• Assist in training new team members and support the team with additional tasks as required.
