ReviveRX, a premier licensed pharmacy focusing on health and holistic wellness, is hiring an Accounts Payable Associate in a hybrid Houston office. The role ensures accurate AP processing, vendor invoice matching, and coding across entities while supporting controls and audits.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years AP experience, ERP/WMS proficiency (Sage Intacct, NetSuite), and strong Excel skills. Foster cross-functional collaboration with purchasing and operations, and contribute to timely payments

Formación

• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of accounts payable experience.
• Experience with ERP systems (Sage Intacct, NetSuite) and Excel.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsabilidades

• Review, verify, and process vendor invoices accurately and timely.
• Match invoices to purchase orders and supporting docs; code expenses properly.
• Serve as main contact for vendor inquiries and payments.
• Assist with month-end close, AP reconciliations, and aging reports.
• Support vendor onboarding and maintain vendor records.
