RIM Recruitment Professionals is seeking an Accounts Payable Accountant in St. Louis, MO. This highly hybrid role offers in-office Tuesdays with remote work other days, including short Fridays with pay for a 40-hour week.

Qualifications

• Prior Accounts Payable experience with invoice processing and coding.
• Non-Profit industry experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and organization; ability to manage recurring deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Process Accounts Payable and related tasks (50%+ of the role).
• Process approximately 50–60 invoices per week.
• Review invoice coding for accuracy and route for approval.
• Manage corporate credit card transactions and expense coding ( Ramp ).
• Maintain vendor records and documentation, including COIs.
• Ensure invoices are processed accurately and payments are timely.
• Assist with month-end close activities and schedules.
• Perform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Support general accounting tasks and maintain financial records.
• Assist with additional accounting projects as assigned.
