Qualifications

• Prior Accounts Payable experience with invoice processing and coding.
• Non-Profit industry experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and organization; ability to manage recurring deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Process Accounts Payable and related tasks (50%+ of the role).
• Process approximately 50–60 invoices per week.
• Review invoice coding for accuracy and route for approval.
• Manage corporate credit card transactions and expense coding ( Ramp ).
• Maintain vendor records and documentation, including COIs.
• Ensure invoices are processed accurately and payments are timely.
• Assist with month-end close activities and schedules.
• Perform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Support general accounting tasks and maintain financial records.
• Assist with additional accounting projects as assigned.

What You'll Do

• Accounts Payable –50% or More of the Role
• Process approximately 50–60 invoices per week.
• Review invoice coding for accuracy and route invoices through the appropriate approval process.
• Manage corporate credit card transactions and expense coding using Ramp.
• Maintain accurate vendor records and documentation, including certificates of insurance.
• Help ensure invoices are processed accurately and payments are made in a timely manner.
• Month-End Close & Accounting Support Assist with month‑end close activities and prepare assigned schedules.
• Perform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies as needed.
• Support general accounting activities and help maintain accurate financial records.
• Assist with additional accounting projects and responsibilities as assigned.

What We're Looking For

• Prior Accounts Payable experience, ideally with a strong understanding of invoice processing, expense coding, and account reconciliations.
• Non-Profit industry experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• The ability to manage recurring deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
• Comfort using accounting systems and technology, including expense management platforms;experience with Ramp is a plus.
