Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process 75–100 invoices daily with correct discounts and coding.
• Match purchase orders to invoices and ensure proper Authorization.
• Enter invoices, file documents, and research imbalances and AP issues.
• Adhere to internal controls and policies; verify transactions.
