Job summary

Accredited Labs in Dallas, TX is seeking an Accounts Payable Coordinator to support our growing accounting team. You will manage invoices, vendor communications, and payments, working closely with the Accounting Supervisor.

This hybrid role requires at least three days in the office each week, and experience with NetSuite, high-volume AP, and strong Excel skills. Join a national calibration services provider committed to accuracy and integrity.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of accounts payable processes and controls.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices, expense reports, and payments with accuracy and timeliness.
• Review and reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Collaborate with purchasing and receiving to resolve invoice issues.
• Prepare bi-weekly, monthly, and quarterly payment runs in line with cash flow needs.
• Monitor AP aging and assist with month-end close and audits.
• Identify and implement process improvements in AP workflows.
