Job summary

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and verify invoices.
• Identify and research issues with invoices and required documentation.
• Data enter invoices for payment in a timely manner.
• Develop strong working relationships with internal and external partners.
• Respond timely to AP inquiries.
• Correspond with vendors and internal clients to resolve discrepancies.
• Assist in month-end closing.
• Assist with AP audits.
• Perform duties in the absence of AP staff as needed.
