Tiffany & Co. is seeking a Staff Accountant in Whippany, NJ to join the Consolidations, Reporting & Corporate Accounting team. This entry-level role offers broad exposure to corporate accounting disciplines within a luxury brand.

The position emphasizes real close process ownership, automation initiatives, and a path toward a Senior Accountant role. Ideal candidates are recent accounting graduates with strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn complex systems.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
• Internship experience in accounting/finance is preferred.
• Foundational knowledge of US GAAP and/or IFRS is required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Own a broad portfolio of recurring monthly close deliverables across a global corporate structure.
• Prepare monthly cash, debt, intercompany, royalty, and balance sheet entries.
• Support close integrity and intercompany reconciliations.
• Participate in process improvement and automation initiatives.
