Job summary

Tiffany & Co. is seeking a Senior Accountant to join the Consolidations, Reporting & Corporate Accounting team in Whippany, NJ. The role offers ownership of complex accounting tasks, staff review, and opportunities to automate the close in a high-visibility global environment.

The ideal candidate has IFRS/US GAAP knowledge, multi-entity experience, and strong Excel skills, with a path to leadership. A hybrid schedule is in place, with four days in office and one remote day.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 2 years public accounting or 4+ years private accounting.
• Strong IFRS/US GAAP knowledge and close experience.
• Experience with multi-entity and multi-currency environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Own complex recurring corporate accounting entries and reconciliations.
• Support consolidations and global reporting across entities.
• Review staff work and provide coaching for professional development.
• Identify process improvements and automate close activities.
• Prepare pension filings and ensure accurate disclosures.
