Job summary

Tiffany & Co. is seeking a Senior Accountant to join the Consolidations, Reporting & Corporate Accounting team at our Whippany, NJ office. This role offers a platform to own complex accounting areas and contribute to process improvements in a high-volume close environment.

The position requires strong technical accounting knowledge, proven ability to manage multiple priorities, and collaboration across functions. Hybrid schedule includes 4 days in-office and 1 day remote.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2+ years public accounting or 4+ years private accounting experience.
• Knowledge of IFRS/US GAAP and application to complex accounting areas.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced close.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and learning new financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Own complex recurring corporate accounting entries across hedge, pension, equity, and intercompany areas.
• Prepare balance sheet rollforwards and analytical support for LVMH group reporting and internal reporting.
• Review Staff Accountant work and provide constructive feedback for development.
• Support monthly global consolidation and quarterly intercompany reviews.
• Identify opportunities to automate close processes and develop templates.
• Maintain updated close procedures and documentation.
