Cascadia Healthcare is seeking an Assistant Accounts Payable Manager to support the AP Manager in overseeing daily operations and leading the AP team. This full-time, hybrid role starts with 90 days in-office training and then offers hybrid work in Boise, Idaho.

You will drive accuracy, ensure timely invoice processing, manage workflows, and collaborate with facilities, accounting, and treasury to maintain controls and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounts payable or accounting operations experience.
• Prior experience supervising, leading, or managing employees.
• Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes, internal controls, reconciliations, and payment operations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting or ERP systems.
• Ability to provide constructive feedback, establish accountability, and lead employees effectively.

Responsabilités

• Provide daily leadership, guidance, and support to Accounts Payable personnel.
• Oversee daily AP operations to ensure accurate, timely, and efficient invoice processing.
• Monitor invoice workflows, coding, approvals, vendor account reconciliation, and payment readiness.
• Coordinate with the AP Operations team to ensure payment processing, reconciliations, and historical account cleanup are completed accurately.
• Support onboarding and integration of new facilities into established AP processes.
• Develop departmental policies, SOPs, and promote compliance with financial controls.
