Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/related field with 5+ years in finance or AP.
• Experience includes at least 3 years supervisory responsibility and strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounts payable operations, including invoice processing and check runs.
• Ensure payments align with contract terms and posting schedule; support audits.
• Close AP module monthly and annually; manage aging reports and 1099 processing.
