Job summary

Ad-West Realty Services, Inc. is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our hybrid team in Bellevue, WA. You will manage invoice entry, expense reporting, and maintain accurate records, reporting to the Accounting Lead.

The role requires 1–2 years in AP, proficiency with ERP and Excel, and strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with company policies and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of accounts payable experience.
• Strong understanding of accounts payable practices.
• Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Verify and reconcile invoice discrepancies with vendors and internal teams.
• Review and audit employee mileage submissions and expense reports.
• Maintain vendor files, including W-9s, contracts, and other documents.
• Generate system reports as requested.
