Job summary

MFS seeks a Spring 2027 Accounts Payable Co-op in Boston for a Jan-Jun 2027 term. You will assist with vendor invoices, data entry in PeopleSoft A/P, and voucher processing while learning internal controls and procedures at a major asset manager.

Responsibilities include processing invoices, coding vouchers, imaging preparation, and supporting the AP team on special projects in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail required.

• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with MS Word and Excel; familiarity with databases.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices for payment in PeopleSoft A/P.
• Input data for payment generation and code A/P vouchers.
• Review voucher data accuracy and prepare vouchers for imaging.
• Research outstanding invoices and respond to inquiries.
• Distribute department mail and support Purchasing as needed.
• Assist on special AP projects as required.
