You will support fund administration operations, ensuring payments, monitoring expenses, and timely reporting while gaining insight into the mutual fund industry. You will develop financial metrics, create distribution rate worksheets, and assist with dividend communications under supervision.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate student pursuing a Bachelor's degree with accounting focus.
• Must be enrolled in a co-op program through their college or university.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; proficient in MS Excel.
• Experience in diverse professional environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and instruct payment details to external vendors to ensure timely, accurate payments.
• Prepare and monitor critical financial metrics related to fund administration.
• Develop and prepare distribution rate worksheets for review by the Accounting Manager.
• Facilitate communications regarding dividend rates, including press releases and daily rate memos, promptly.
• Monitor Capstock activity daily and coordinate with the custodian bank for any adjustments.
