Job summary

MFS Investment Management in Boston is offering a six-month co-op within Treasury Operations. You will support day-to-day accounts payable tasks and learn how corporate finance operates at a major asset manager.

Responsibilities include processing vendor invoices, coding A/P vouchers in PeopleSoft, imaging vouchers, and assisting with inquiries. The program runs Monday–Friday, 35–40 hours, designed for undergraduates in a co-op program. Hybrid work environment and competitive pay with benefits.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are required.
• Ability to multi-task to meet deadlines and communicate effectively.
• MS Word, Excel, or other database programs knowledge is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day Accounts Payable operations within Treasury Operations.
• Process vendor invoices for payment and input data into PeopleSoft A/P system.
• Code A/P vouchers and review voucher data input.
• Prepare vouchers for imaging and assist with vendor inquiries.
• Support special projects and department mail distribution.
