Job summary

MFS is offering a Spring 2027 Co-op in Boston for undergraduate students, with a 6-month commitment from January 13 to June 25, 2027. The role supports senior event planners across pre- and post-event activities, in a hybrid on-site/remote environment.

Typical duties include coordinating meetings and events, producing event materials, and handling attendee/vendor communications. Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Current undergraduate student enrolled in a co-op program.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with coordination and planning of meetings and events (US focus, some global events).
• Provide event production support including mailing labels, name tags, desk name plates, mail merges, and shipping.
• Communicate with attendees and vendors via email/phone/in person to relay information.
• Collaborate with AV/Technical teams on special projects and maintain project files.
• Learn site research, vendor coordination, budgeting support, and event resumes.
