Job summary

MFS is offering an Inbound Sales Co-Op in Boston for undergraduate students enrolled in a co-op program. The 6-month role runs Monday–Friday, 35–40 hours per week, from January 13 to June 25, 2027.

You will support product distribution activities and gain exposure to the financial services industry. You will learn how sales operate at an asset manager while working with diverse stakeholders in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Proven attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Strong written communication abilities.
• Strong verbal communication abilities.
• Working knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Salesforce (C360) activity for Inside Sales and update advisor information.
• Order product materials for dissemination through Harte Hanks account.
• Coordinate customized seminar invites, literature and marketing materials.
• Provide up-to-date market statistics for ISF and Field Force daily.
• Assist in financial illustration preparation and literature for adviser meetings.
• Run FINRA broker checks to verify advisor status for compliance.
• Schedule and set up meetings, book conference rooms, arrange video conferencing.
