Job summary

KIPP Team & Family is seeking an Accounts Payable Associate to manage day-to-day vendor payments in a high-volume, process-driven environment. The role collaborates with the Accounting, Purchasing, and Technology teams to ensure accurate coding and timely payments while driving process improvements.

Hybrid schedule; Newark, NJ preferred, with Camden and Miami options. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance and 1–5 years of AP experience; experience with Coupa or Sage Intacct

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1-5 years of accounts payable experience in a high-volume environment.
• Experience with Coupa or Sage Intacct preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process PO-backed invoices in a timely, accurate manner.
• Enter invoices with proper GL coding and PO matching.
• Monitor status, follow up on approvals, and ensure timely payments.
• Maintain documentation for AP transactions per internal controls.
