The ideal candidate will be organized, accurate, and able to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities and deadlines while collaborating with the accounting team to ensure timely payments and meticulous recordkeeping.

Qualifications

• Previous accounts payable or accounting support experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Process and enter vendor invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Review invoices for proper coding, approvals, and supporting documentation.
• Perform two-way and three-way matching of invoices, purchase orders, and receiving documents.
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and vendor inquiries.
• Assist with vendor statement reconciliations and payment processing.
• Maintain accurate accounts payable records and documentation.
• Support the accounting team with data entry, reconciliations, and other administrative tasks.
• Assist with additional accounting projects as needed.
