Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; GED accepted.
• 2–4 years of accounts payable experience preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Processing of invoices & credits (high volume) and matching to POs.
• Analyze invoice to Purchase Order receipt and resolve discrepancies.
• Process credits/debits with correct GL coding and approvals.
• Reconcile vendor statements and communicate with vendors and internal customers.
• Assist with weekly check runs and month-end close deadlines.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve payables process.
