Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 2 years accounting experience.
• Knowledge of GAAP and federal guidelines.
• Proficiency in Excel pivot tables and formulas.
• Ability to communicate with internal departments and vendors.

Responsabilités

• Processes high volume of vendor invoices daily through the AP workflow.
• Review invoices for accuracy and completeness with vendor and accounting data.
• Identify and resolve invoice discrepancies and ensure proper routing for approval.
• Assist with updating ledgers, journals, and reconciling accounts as needed.
• Respond to vendor inquiries via email or phone and maintain timely processing.
