Naviga Recruiting & Executive Search is seeking an Accounting Service Desk Specialist to support a premier global law firm in a hybrid role. You will be the primary contact for accounting and billing inquiries, researching complex questions and ensuring seamless service delivery.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years accounting or billing experience in professional services, is proficient with Aderant, and familiar with ServiceNow. Strong Excel/Word skills and high confidentiality are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years accounting or billing experience in a law firm or professional services environment.
• Aderant legal management software experience is required.
• Familiarity with enterprise tools such as Chrome River, Kofax, or ServiceNow is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving accounting and billing inquiries from attorneys, billers, and clients.
• Research, investigate, and resolve complex financial questions while adhering to SLAs.
• Document inquiries, actions, and resolutions in ServiceNow and email.
• Identify out-of-scope issues and route them to correct internal resolver groups while maintaining support.
• Maintain confidentiality and compliance with firm policies and accounting practices.
