Qualifications

• 2 years’ accounting or billing experience in a law or professional services firm.
• Experience with Aderant required; Chromeriver or Kofax preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Inquiry Management: Assess, resolve, or refer accounting and billing inquiries promptly and accurately.
• Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with stakeholders, providing timely updates.
• Documentation: Record actions and resolutions in ServiceNow tickets and emails.
• Problem-solving: Identify issues and refer out-of-scope items to the correct resolver group.
• Compliance: Ensure practices align with firm policies and regulations; meet SLA requirements.
• Training: Participate in training to maintain proficiency in accounting software.
