Job summary

DLA Piper is seeking an Accounting Service Desk Specialist - PT/CT, supporting billing and accounting inquiries across the firm. The role requires high accuracy, discretion with sensitive information, and strong communication with billers, attorneys, and clients. The position offers a hybrid schedule and can sit in any U.S.

office location. Responsibilities include triaging inquiries, documenting actions in ServiceNow, ensuring SLA compliance, and participating in training to improve processes

Qualifications

• 2 years’ accounting or billing experience for a law or professional services organization preferred.
• Experience with Aderant is required and Chromeriver, or Kofax is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, resolve, or refer accounting and billing inquiries promptly.
• Document actions and resolutions in ServiceNow and email correspondence.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with billers, attorneys, and clients.
• Identify and resolve issues and refer out of scope items as needed.
• Ensure compliance with firm policies and SLAs.
