DLA Piper is seeking an Accounting Service Desk Specialist to handle inquiries from billers, attorneys, and clients with accuracy and discretion. The role supports firm strategic initiatives and requires strong communication skills in a hybrid U.S. office environment.

Candidates should have at least 2 years of accounting or billing experience in a law or professional services setting, with Aderant knowledge; Chromeriver or Kofax is a plus. Hybrid schedule and comprehensive benefits are offered.

• Bachelor-level qualifications not required; two years accounting or billing experience preferred in a professional services firm.
• Experience with Aderant is required; Chromeriver or Kofax is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Assess, resolve, or refer accounting and billing inquiries from billers, attorneys, and clients promptly and accurately.
• Maintain clear, professional communication with stakeholders and provide timely, accurate account and billing information.
• Document all actions, questions, and resolutions in the ServiceNow ticket system and email correspondence.
• Identify and resolve issues using available information; refer out-of-scope items to the correct resolver group.
