• Identify and refer out of scope issues to the correct resolver group.
• Ensure compliance with firm policies and SLAs.
• Participate in training to improve accounting software proficiency.
• Support continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
• Maintain confidentiality when dealing with clients and finances.
