Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Associate degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred.
• At least 2 years of accounting or billing experience in a law or professional services firm preferred.
• Experience with Aderant is required; Chromeriver or Kofax preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage, resolve, or refer accounting and billing inquiries promptly and accurately.
• Maintain clear, professional communication with stakeholders and provide timely updates.
• Document all actions and resolutions in ServiceNow and email correspondence.
• Identify and resolve issues; refer out-of-scope items and research next steps as needed.
• Ensure accounting practices comply with firm policies and SLAs with minimal errors.
