The role requires accuracy, strong communication, and discretion when handling sensitive financial information. Responsibilities include managing inquiries from billers, attorneys, and clients, documenting actions in ServiceNow, and ensuring compliance with firm policies and SLAs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree in accounting/finance preferred.
• Experience with Aderant required; Chromeriver or Kofax preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, resolve, or refer accounting/billing inquiries from billers, attorneys, and clients.
• Maintain clear, professional communication with stakeholders and provide timely updates.
• Document all actions and resolutions in ServiceNow and email.
• Identify and resolve issues; refer out-of-scope items to the right resolver group.
• Ensure accounting practices comply with firm policies and SLAs.
