DLA Piper is seeking an Accounting Service Desk Specialist - PT/CT to handle accounting and billing inquiries from billers, attorneys, and clients with precision and discretion.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, proficiency in Excel, and the ability to document actions in ServiceNow while upholding firm policies and SLAs. A hybrid work arrangement is available, and the salary range is market-competitive.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ accounting or billing experience in a law or professional services firm.
• Experience with Aderant is required and Chromeriver, or Kofax is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assess, resolve, or refer accounting and billing inquiries promptly and accurately.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with billers, attorneys, clients and stakeholders.
• Document actions and resolutions in ServiceNow and email correspondence.
• Identify and resolve issues; refer out of scope to the correct resolver group.
• Ensure accounting practices comply with firm policies and SLAs.
• Participate in training to achieve proficiency and knowledge of accounting software.
• Pursue knowledge of accounting tools to improve efficiency.
• Provide high level of customer service while handling confidential information.
• Build trust through transparency, reliability, and timely delivery.
