DLA Piper is seeking an Accounting Service Desk Specialist to handle accounting and billing inquiries from billers, attorneys, and clients with high accuracy and discretion.

The role supports firm strategic initiatives, requires strong communication, and involves documenting actions in ServiceNow, adhering to SLA, in a hybrid US office environment with hours 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Pacific time.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• 2 years of accounting or billing experience for a law or professional services organization preferred.
• Experience with Aderant required; Chromeriver or Kofax preferred.
• Effective communication with clients and attorneys; meet deadlines.
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Inquiry Management: Assess, resolve, or refer accounting and billing inquiries from billers, attorneys, and clients promptly and accurately.
• Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with all stakeholders, ensuring updates are provided in a timely manner and contain accurate information about accounts and billing.
