Job summary

Naviga Recruiting & Executive Search is seeking an Accounting Service Desk Specialist (Hybrid) to support a premier global law firm. You will be the primary contact for accounting and billing inquiries, researching complex financial questions and ensuring seamless service delivery with attorneys, billing teams, finance professionals, and external clients.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of accounting/billing experience in professional services, hands-on Aderant experience, and

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of dedicated accounting or billing experience within a law firm or professional services organization.
Hands-on proficiency with Aderant legal management software is required.
Familiarity with enterprise tools such as Chrome River, Kofax, or ServiceNow is preferred.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving accounting and billing inquiries from attorneys, billers, business professionals, and clients.
Assess, research, and resolve complex financial and billing questions accurately while adhering to SLAs.
Document inquiries and resolutions in the ServiceNow system and professional email correspondence.
Identify out-of-scope issues and route them to correct internal resolver groups while keeping requestors supported.
Maintain compliance with firm policies and confidentiality standards when handling sensitive financial data.
Participate in ongoing training to stay current with accounting software and enterprise tools.
Build trust across internal departments through transparent communication and dependable follow-through.
