The ideal candidate has 2+ years in accounting/billing within professional services, strong Aderant experience, and proficiency with Office

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of dedicated accounting or billing experience in a law firm or professional services.
Hands-on proficiency with Aderant legal management software is required.
Familiarity with Chrome River, Kofax, or ServiceNow ticket systems is preferred.
Strong Excel skills (pivot tables) and Word formatting.
Excellent written and verbal communication with confidentiality and professionalism.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact for resolving accounting and billing inquiries from attorneys, billers, and clients.
Research and resolve complex financial and billing questions while adhering to SLAs.
Document inquiries, actions, and resolutions in ServiceNow and email.
Route out-of-scope issues to correct internal resolver groups while maintaining support.
Maintain strict compliance with firm policies and confidentiality standards.
Participate in ongoing training to maintain mastery of firm accounting software and tools.
Build trust across internal departments through clear communication and follow-through.
Support process improvement and client service initiatives.
