• Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve issues, refer out of scope items to correct resolver group.
• Compliance: Ensure accounting practices comply with firm policies and regulations.
• Training: Participate in training to achieve proficiency and support operations.
• Continuous Improvement: Leverage opportunities to close knowledge gaps with documentation.
• Customer Service: Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in client interactions.
