ProDriven Global Brands in Charlotte, NC is seeking an Accounting Manager – Financial Systems & Controls. This hands‑on, systems‑oriented role partners with IT and Finance to govern ERP modules, optimize data flows, and strengthen financial reporting across North America and global entities.

You will lead system enhancements, testing, and issue resolution while supporting close, consolidation, and internal controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
• Eight or more years of progressive experience in accounting, financial systems, controllership, or related discipline.
• Strong hands‑on experience with ERP and related financial systems, including modules, data, interfaces, workflows, and reporting structures.
• Experience partnering with Information Technology on financial‑system implementations, upgrades, integrations, testing, and issue resolution.
• Working knowledge of U.S. GAAP, general ledger, close, consolidation, intercompany, and internal‑control processes in a multi‑entity environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross‑functional initiatives, multiple priorities, and deadlines without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Lead Financial Systems & Governance for ERP modules, consolidation tools, interfaces, master data, workflows, and reporting structures.
• Investigate issues, evaluate configurations and data flows, and identify practical solutions in financial systems.
• Partner with IT to define requirements and lead system enhancements, upgrades, integrations, testing, implementation, training, and stabilization.
• Support reliable close, consolidation, intercompany, fixed‑asset, and reporting processes across global, multi‑entity environment.
• Improve data integrity through system validations, reconciliations, and master‑data governance.
• Maintain financial‑system controls and documentation for access, interfaces, workflows, change management, and key control activities.
• Drive automation and continuous improvement of finance processes using analytics and standardization.
• Support acquisitions and business integrations through data migration and chart‑of‑accounts mapping.
