Job summary

ProDriven Global Brands in Pittsburgh seeks an Accounting Manager – Financial Systems & Controls to lead ERP finance modules, data integrity, and internal controls across North America and global operations. This hands-on role partners with IT and finance teams to optimize systems and reporting.

The ideal candidate brings 8+ years in accounting and financial systems, with strong GAAP knowledge and experience implementing ERP solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
• Eight or more years of progressive experience in accounting, financial systems, controllership, or related discipline.
• Strong hands-on experience with ERP and financial systems, including modules, data, interfaces, workflows, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as finance lead for ERP modules, consolidation tools, interfaces, master data, workflows, and reporting structures.
• Investigate issues, evaluate configurations and data flows, and identify practical solutions in financial systems.
• Partner with IT to define requirements and lead enhancements, upgrades, integrations, testing, implementation, and stabilization.
• Support reliable close, consolidation, intercompany, fixed-asset, and reporting processes across a global, multi-entity environment.
• Improve data integrity through system validations, reconciliations, exception reporting, master-data governance, and issue resolution.
• Maintain financial-system controls and documentation for access, interfaces, workflows, change management, and key control activities.
• Improve finance processes through system enhancements, automation, analytics, and standardization.
• Use measurable objectives to improve close-cycle performance, reconciliation quality, reporting accuracy, and user experience.
• Support acquisitions and business integrations through data migration, system harmonization, control alignment, and chart-of-accounts mapping.
• Translate accounting and reporting needs into functional requirements for technical teams.
• Collaborate with accounting, FP&A, Tax, Treasury, regional finance teams, IT, auditors, and external advisors.
• Drive accountability for project milestones, change management, and sustainable system adoption.
