Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
• Eight+ years of progressive accounting, financial systems, controllership, or related experience.
• Hands-on experience with ERP and related financial systems including modules, data, interfaces, workflows.
• Experience partnering with IT on financial-system implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
• Knowledge of U.S. GAAP, GL, close, consolidation, intercompany, and internal controls in multi-entity env.
• Ability to manage cross-functional initiatives and deadlines without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP financial modules, consolidation tools, interfaces, master data, workflows, and reporting structures.
• Investigate issues in financial systems, evaluate configurations, and propose practical solutions.
• Partner with IT to define requirements and drive enhancements, upgrades, testing, and stabilization.
