ProDriven Global Brands is seeking an Accounting Manager – Financial Systems & Controls to lead ERP financial modules, data governance, and internal-controls across North America and global operations. This hands‑on, systems‑oriented professional will interface with IT, perform data analysis, testing, and process improvements.

The role supports the close, consolidation, automation, and cross‑functional collaboration with FP&A, Tax, Treasury, and external advisors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
• Eight+ years of progressive experience in accounting, financial systems, controllership, or related discipline.
• Hands-on experience with ERP modules, data, interfaces, workflows, master data, and reporting structures.
• Experience partnering with IT on financial-system implementations, upgrades, integrations, testing, and issue resolution.
• Working knowledge of U.S. GAAP, GL, close, consolidation, intercompany, and internal-control processes in a multi-entity environment.
• CPA, CMA, or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the finance lead for ERP financial modules, consolidation tools, interfaces, master data, workflows, and reporting structures.
• Work directly in financial systems to investigate issues, evaluate configurations, and data flows, and identify practical solutions.
• Partner with IT to define requirements and lead financial-system enhancements, upgrades, integrations, testing, implementation, training, and stabilization.
• Support reliable close, consolidation, intercompany, fixed-asset, and reporting processes across a global, multi-entity environment.
• Improve data integrity through system validations, reconciliations, exception reporting, master-data governance, and issue resolution.
• Maintain financial-system controls and documentation covering access, interfaces, workflows, change management, and key control activities.
• Improve finance processes through system enhancements, automation, analytics, and standardization.
• Translate accounting and reporting needs into clear functional requirements for technical teams.
• Collaborate with Accounting, FP&A, Tax, Treasury, regional finance teams, IT, auditors, and external advisors.
